Catalyst Crew was founded because I lived the reality most staffing owners face: grinding through recruiting, sales, and operations while the business still owns your life.
After scaling my own staffing company from $0 to $17M ARR in just 3 years, I created a proven system to help other founders do the same - faster, with less chaos, and without sacrificing everything else that matters.

Austin Moore is the founder of Catalyst Crew and CatalystRecruit.AI.
His staffing career began in December 2013 as a Junior Recruiter. He rose quickly through the ranks to Sales Manager and Division Director - but behind the success was a six-year battle with alcohol (2011–2017) that was quietly destroying his health and potential.
In 2017, he made the decision to get sober. That choice gave him the clarity and discipline to bet on himself.
In 2019, it was time. He launched his staffing business and had some early success. But March 2020, COVID hit - clients cancelled orders & all active contractors were released - the business dropped to $0.
With a new baby on the way, a new mortgage, and almost no savings
What happened next became the foundation for everything he now teaches:
Despite starting with nothing during a global pandemic, Austin scaled the company from $0 to $17 Million ARR in just 3 years.
He didn’t do it by working harder than everyone else. He did it by building repeatable systems, a high-performing sales & recruiting team, and an elite sales engine

Today, Austin is completely sober, deeply fulfilled, and on a mission to help other founders build businesses that give them freedom - instead of taking it.
